Stephan Bergmann	db5c67e100	Keying on XTypeProvider::getImplementationId is unnecessary here ... ...given that cases where "every instance of getPropertySetInfo returns a new object [...] must not be cached" anyway, so just key on the XPropertySetInfo instances.
