Miklos Vajna 5ea32020e8 SdrMarkView: aHdl -> maHdlList 
aHdl is an SdrHdlList, so reading aHdl.GetHdl() as "get the handle of the
handle" was confusing.

The chart2 denotes a second generation re-write done to rid us of the
foul and twisted legacy chart code.
