Tor Lillqvist 0f2157cb15 Bin dead code ...

OleServer::provideService() was not called anywhere. That means the
ProviderOleWrapper class is unused, too. Which is good, as it seemed
to largely be identical to OneInstanceOleWrapper anyway.
