Stephan Bergmann 7b91e84c72 Optional pyuno module should have its own services/pyuno.rdb

...this e.g. changes the error message when trying to register an extension that
contains an (actively registered) Python component but no pyuno is installed
from "Binary URP bridge disposed during call" to a less frightening "The service
com.sun.star.loader.Python cannot be instantiated."

Postprocessing and checking of files delivered by other modules.

This module has to be the last one built before creating install sets
in module 'instset_native'. Thus it ties together all the dependencies
of all the other de-coupled modules. See the first line of
[[postprocess/prj/build.lst]] for that.
