Places that had utl::TextSearch::UpgradeToSearchOptions2() introduced are worth an inspection if the new SearchAlgorithms2::WILDCARD search should be supported or at least use SearchOptions2 instead of SearchOptions to eliminate the small performance penalty that conversion involves.
