This adds back the implementation for setting the SymbolBitmapURL property (getting returns an empty string) and adds SymbolBitmap property to the UNO API (LineDiagram.idl). SymbolBitmapURL property was already deprecated, but we still need to add the SymbolBitmap for compatibility.
