Miklos Vajna a166418b48 basic: fix String -> OUString conversion in BasicScriptListener_Impl ...

Regression from commit ac476e78848ad02fd399633acbe9cb72e40d1235, the
second parameter of OUString::copy() is not the end position, but the
length. In practice this makes xray usable again.
