Miklos Vajna db3683b43f xmlsecurity: remove no longer needed ImplXMLSignatureListener ...

The only remaining task it did was StartVerifySignatureElement() in
startElement(), but that can be done in OOXMLSecParser / XSecParser
easily, no need to have separate class for that.
