Luboš Luňák 1ffd6897dd try to use also proper debug LDFLAGS for externals libraries

This is basically ea68de2968c0dbcd8e7549435e829db06795c16d but
for LDFLAGS. A number of external libs cannot use this because
their libtool mishandles -fuse-ld.

The certificate vertification functionality of libxmlsec is not used, both the
mscng and nss backends specify the
XMLSEC_KEYINFO_FLAGS_X509DATA_DONT_VERIFY_CERTS flag during verification.
