Caolán McNamara 97bbffc917 weld TreeView ...

a) use GtkTreeStores for GtkTreeViews
b) ironically can't store GtkTreeStore contents in .ui apparently
c) set show_expanders for all non-trees and unconverted cases
d) on-demand subtrees
