Enable cpplint for webrtc/examples and fix all uncovered cpplint errors.

BUG=webrtc:5273
TESTED=Fixed issues reported by:
find webrtc/examples/ -type f -name *.cc -o -name *.h | grep -v objc | xargs cpplint.py
followed by 'git cl presubmit'.
