Deliver I420VideoFrames from VideoRender module.
Performance issue and simplicity, this implementation skips conversion
to VideoEngine's frame format and then back again to I420VideoFrame.

Replace MapWrapper with std::map<>.
MapWrapper was needed on some platforms where STL wasn't supported, we
now use std::map<> directly.
