a743794d06 audio_processing/aecm: Create() now returns a pointer to the object
Changed Create() to return a pointer to the object rather than an error message, which is in line with how objects should be created.

cb7f8ce2df Clear ARM NEON flag
Merge WEBRTC_ARCH_ARM64_NEON and WEBRTC_ARCH_ARM_NEON into one
WEBRTC_HAS_NEON.
Replace WEBRTC_DETECT_ARM_NEON by WEBRTC_DETECT_NEON.
Replace WEBRTC_ARCH_ARM by WEBRTC_ARCH_ARM64 for arm64 cpu.

f6a99e63b6 Refactor audio_processing: Free functions return void
There is no point in returning an error when Free() fails. In fact it can only happen if we have a null pointer as object. There is further no place where the return value is used.

b38b009d21 Refactor audio_processing/aecm: Removed usage of macro WEBRTC_SPL_MUL_16_16_RSFT
The macro is defined as
#define WEBRTC_SPL_MUL_16_16_RSFT(a, b, c) \
(WEBRTC_SPL_MUL_16_16(a, b) >> (c))

where the latter macro is in C defined as
#define WEBRTC_SPL_MUL_16_16(a, b) \
((int32_t) (((int16_t)(a)) * ((int16_t)(b))))
(For definitions on ARMv7 and MIPS, see common_audio/signal_processing/include/spl_inl_{armv7,mips}.h)

The replacement consists of
- avoiding casts to int16_t if inputs already are int16_t
- adding explicit cast to <type> if result is assigned to <type> (other than int or int32_t)
- minor cleanups like remove of unnecessary parentheses and style changes

In addition an implicit cast from int32_t to int16_t was removed, which was a bug.

6b6301588e Move ring_buffer to common_audio.

d1fac61e8f Remove need for assembly offset generation in aecm and ns module.
All *neon.S files in aecm and ns modules have been removed. We need no
assembly offset generation now.

Pass byte to byte conformance test for aecm and ns test in audioproc
between new NEON (written in intrinsics) version and C version on both
ARMv7 and ARM64.

1751ee7d32 Remove -flax-vector-conversions flag for ARM NEON building.
Pass compilation on both ARMv7 and ARM64. The generated
binary (audioproc) is byte to byte (with symbol striped) same as
before. The output of audioproc -aecm is also byte to byte same between
C and NEON version on ARMv7 and ARM64.

047a46f8b4 Remove Android.mk build files.
These files are generally not maintained and break, some contain files
that don't exist anymore and do not build anymore. If we need to add
some of these back we should really set up a bot for them.

6e71d17bc9 Refactoring common_audio/signal_processing: Replaces trivial macros
The macros WEBRTC_SPL_ADD_SAT_W16 and WEBRTC_SPL_ADD_SAT_W32 make direct use of the corresponding functions WebRtcSpl_AddSatW16() and WebRtcSpl_AddSatW32().
This CL replaces these macros in the code.

e8ea33ccb1 nrsh1 is written before tmp321 is read, so needs to be earlyclobber
Otherwise, the compiler is allowed to put them in the same register
under the assumption that all inputs are read before any
(non-earlyclobber) output is written, which in this case would result
in nrsh2 being corrupted.

924e81f797 Echo cancellation functions docs: Follow style guide w.r.t. placement of *
The style guide says to use "void* x", not void *x", and the code in
these files already do so, but the comments do not. Fix that.

Also, in the interest of reducing eye strain, I fixed the vertical
alignment in a small number of cases.

240eec3cd4 Delay Estimator: Minor refactoring and added a setter function.
* Replaced the lookahead input parameter at Create() with a setter. This makes it slightly more user friendly.
* Changed the buffer shifting in SoftReset... to become more readable.

28e83d1a56 DelayEstimator: Updates delay_quality and adds soft reset.
These changes are currently not used in webrtc/ but helps in using the delay estimator.
* The last_delay_quality() is updated with respect to robust_validation and changed to return float.
* Tests are updated wtih respect to above.
* Adds the possibility to make a soft reset based on external circumstances like a known delay shift has been made.
* The soft reset change the lookahead dynamically. An API to ask for current lookahead has been added as well.

31628aae7e Upgrade scoped_ptr to Chromium's latest version.
Analogous to the recent libjingle change: http://cl/54929753-p10.
This supports scoped_ptr<T[]> and scoped_ptr<C, FreeDeleter> rather
than scoped_array and scoped_ptr_malloc respectively.

- Add Chromium's template-based COMPILE_ASSERT. We didn't have this
previously in order to support the macro in C. Instead, move the
existing macro to compile_assert_c.h.
- Additionally copy the move.h and template_util.h depedencies and add
the WARN_UNUSED_RESULT macro.
- Leave scoped_array and scoped_ptr_malloc for now, but mark as
deprecated.
- Remove scoped_ptr foo(NULL) use. The default constructor handles it.
- Remove the now redundant COMPILE_ASSERT from peerconnection_jni.cc.
- Add a CHECK_ARRAY_SIZE macro to rtp_format_vp8_unittest.cc to remove
some repeated code.

f87177a757 To fix a bug in InverseFFTAndWindow() function in AECM.
It's a bufer overwritting issue, and thus Android AppRTCDemo app was broken (reported by Ami).
Tested with audioproc offline test. Bit-exact.

fc8aaf02e1 Formalized Real 16-bit FFT for APM.
It also prepares for introducing Real 16-bit FFT Neon code from Openmax to SPL. CL https://webrtc-codereview.appspot.com/1819004/ takes care of that, but this CL is a prerequisite of that one.
Tested audioproc with an offline file. Bit exact.

9ae1354e25 Refactor ring_buffer interface, add a feature and a test.
* Add a RingBuffer typedef.
* Add the ability to force a memcpy by passing a null ptr. In some cases,
  we know we want a memcpy. This allows us to skip a potential
  intermediate memcpy.
* Add a stress test.

61ec7daa57 Delay estimator wrapper API changes. This should finalize the changes to delay estimator making it work for multi-probe.

Replaced assert() with correct error check. This is consistent with previous versions of the delay_estimator, i.e., to check for valid parameters where they are actually used and not high up in a wrapper layer.

Pulled out the far-end part of DelayEstimator struct and put it in DelayEstimatorFarend. The only common parameter is spectrum_size, which we store in both and thereby avoiding having a Farend pointer in DelayEstimator.

Added and updated descriptions. From Free(), Create(), Init() the far-end parts have been put in separate Farend versions. Same goes for the Process() which now has an AddFarSpectrum() version.
