e8e7d7b0bc Move Connection into it's own .h/.cc file. 
This patch is a NOP and moves
- class Connection
- class ConnectionInfo
- class ProxyConnection

from port.{h/cc} to a new file called connection.{h/cc}

6a489f22c7 Fully qualify googletest symbols. 
Semi-automatically created with:

After this, two .cc files failed to compile and I have fixed them
manually.

739baf097b [clang-tidy] Apply performance-for-range-copy fixes.
