Even if neither frame height nor frame width is <=0 we can end up
with <=0 dimensions in renderHeight or renderWidth. With this change,
we perform the check on the latter.

There has been some crashes due to frames having illegal sizes, most
likely 0x0. Probably these frames are created as a workaround for
something.
It would be best to stop 0x0 frames from being created in the first
place, but a reasonable quick fix is to just not draw those frames.

This CL updates the WebRTC code to stop using the old VideoRenderer and
VideoRenderer.I420Frame classes and instead use the new VideoSink and
VideoFrame classes.
This CL is the first step and the old classes are still left in the code
for now to keep backwards compatibility.

We currently use raw jobject in our code mixed with sporadic
ScopedLocalRefFrame. This CL moves every jobject into a scoped object,
either local, global, or a parameter. Also, this CL uses the JNI
generation script to generate declaration stubs for the Java->C++
functions so that it no longer becomes possible to mistype them
without getting compilation errors.
