e3fe4a7c2d Update VideoFrameBuffer-related methods to not use references to scoped_refptr. 
Chrome coding standard now discourages use of references to smart
pointers. This cl updates some recent methods to the new conventions.

Don't use VideoFrameBuffer::MutableDataY and friends, instead, use
I420Buffer::SetToBlack.

Also introduce static method I420Buffer::Create, to create an object and

Introduce a new method I420Buffer::CropAndScale, and a static
convenience helper I420Buffer::CenterCropAndScale. Use them for almost
all scaling needs.

d591e3fcf3 Delete IsMutable and IsExclusive methods. 
This affects the webrtc::VideoFrameBuffer and cricket::VideoFrame
classes.

To make this work, VideoFrameFactory is changed to use an
I420BufferPool rather than a plain VideoFrame to cache allocated
frames.

The I420BufferPool is reorganized to return an I420Buffer,
rather than a proxy object.

06176e49e2 Added new VideoFrameBuffer methods Data[YUV]() etc. 
Eliminate most uses of the old methods.

To continue on this path, once we agree the new methods make sense,
the next step is to rename cricket::VideoFrame::GetVideoFrameBuffer
--> video_frame_buffer, to match the name in webrtc::VideoFrame (if we
think that name is ok?). And then start updating all code to access
planes via the VideoFrameBuffer, and delete corresponding methods in
both cricket::VideoFrame and webrtc::VideoFrame.

26acec4772 Delete method webrtc::VideoFrame::native_handle. 
Instead, use the corresponding method on VideoFrameBuffer. In the process,
reduce code duplication in frame comparison functions used in
the test code.

Make FramesEqual use FrameBufsEqual. Make the latter support texture frames.

The cl also refactors VideoFrame::CopyFrame to use I420Buffer::Copy. This
has possibly undesired side effects of never reusing the frame buffer of
the destination frame, and producing a frame buffer which may use different
stride than the source frame.

208019637b Cleanup of webrtc::VideoFrame. 
Delete EqualsFrame method, used only by tests. Delete one of the
CreateFrame methods. Drop return value for CreateEmptyFrame, CreateFrame
and CopyFrame.

67e94fb6f2 Add unit test for stand-alone denoiser and fixed some bugs. 
The unit test will run the pure C denoiser and SSE2/NEON denoiser (based
on the CPU detection) and compare the denoised frames to ensure the bit
exact.

13f61dfea5 Move fake-handle frame creation into test target. 
Renames CreateFakeNativeHandleFrame to FakeNativeHandle::CreateFrame and
moves into test.gyp target 'fake_video_frames' which contains previous
frame_generator target.

Removes unused warnings from includers of
webrtc/test/fake_texture_frame.h which did not use the function above.

0f2e939a92 Enable cpplint for more webrtc subfolders and fix all uncovered cpplint errors. 
This CL enableds cpplint for webrtc/common_video, webrtc/sound and webrtc/tools.

TESTED=Fixed issues reported by:
find webrtc/common_video webrtc/sound webrtc/tools -type f -name *.cc -o -name *.h | xargs cpplint.py
followed by 'git cl presubmit'.
