Thanks to the CL https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/83822
there is now no need to destroy the stream asynchronously.
But the CL above introduced a leak, the streams were stopped but
not destroyed. This CL essentially fixes the leak, it is now safe
to destroy the stream right after being stopped as everything happen
in the same capture thread.

This CL separates the files under sdk/objc into logical directories, replacing
the previous file layout under Framework/.
A long term goal is to have some system set up to generate the files under
sdk/objc/api (the PeerConnection API wrappers) from the C++ code. In the shorter
term the goal is to abstract out shared concepts from these classes in order to
make them as uniform as possible.
The separation into base/, components/, and helpers/ are to differentiate between
the base layer's common protocols, various utilities and the actual platform
specific components.
The old directory layout that resembled a framework's internal layout is not
necessary, since it is generated by the framework target when building it.

On Windows, some app windows (i.e. Window Media Player) seems
consisting of several sibling windows, with same window title as the
main window and from same process. Currently CroppingWindowCapturerWin
will think the selected window is overlapped by those windows and
switch to GDI capture method, which is not well supported by many Apps
on Win10 and will fail the window capture.
This cl is to extend the current null title check to include the case
that window has same title as the selected window.

This cl is to move the RegisterRefreshAndMoveHandlers to be done on
capture thread, and reverse some execution order of releasing processing,
also remove a lock since the handler is on capturing thread too.
As we doubt the existing sequence may be the cause of a crash due to
race conditions at end of capture.

Chrome uses Windows native framework to show the notification of the
ongoing presenting. This notification window is enumerated as a
separated window which is on top most. If this window blocks the target
window, Chrome can't do the cropping and has to switch to GDI methods.
If GDI methods can't capture the target window, then capturing will fail
until the notification is dismissed.
It's hard to identify the notification window in EnumWindows() callback.
So far it works if we ignore window with no title and class name
prefixed with "Chrome_WidgetWin_" and with certain extended styles,
as so does in this CL.

Always having the latest iosurface before invalidating a region.
Otherwise if CaptureFrame() happens in between, the capture result
may not be fully refreshed. Also we can't add lock since it will
impact performance.

The MBP having both discrete and integrated graphic cards will do
automate graphics switching by default. When it switches from discrete to
integrated one, the current display ID of the built-in display will
change and this will cause screen capture stops.
So make screen capture of built-in display continuing even if its display
ID is changed.

While investigating some screen-capture-track-end-in-meeting issues, the
relevant rtc error logs are not uploaded to server as other webrtc
modules do, which cause great hardness to identify the reason.

The issue is visible when reconfiguring the screen arrangement while
sharing the displays. Can sometimes be seen right after starting the
screen sharing.
Indeed CaptureFrame can be called at any time so TakeLatestFrameForDisplay
should always return a valid frame and the call should not empty the
internal container.
Also add missing teardown in the provider on failure case.

Since Windows 10, Windows starts to support virtual desktops. The
problem is when one virtual desktop is not the current one, we can still
enumerate the windows on it, which are still marked as visible by OS.
This causes troubles to decide if a window is on top to be cropped out.
This cl is to utilize a COM API, IsWindowOnCurrentVirtualDesktop of
VirtualDesktopManager, to make sure only the windows on current desktop
will be enumerated.

The given IOSurfaceRef was ignored until now. Wrap it into the new
DesktopFrameIOSurface. The new DesktopFrameProvider object is there
to manage them as it has to be done per display id.
From initial measurement this speed-up the frame capture by 2.
Disabled by default for now but it can be enabled by calling
options.set_use_iosurface. This CL will allow to do some advanced
tests.

If a WebRTC build target requires gmock it has to include
test/gmock.h and just depend on //test:test_support.
Unfortunately //testtest_support was a leaky abstraction because it
wasn't propagating the correct -I compiler flag. To make everything
work, all the targets that use gmock started also to depend on
//testing/gmock (even if they were not including any gmock header
directly).
This CL makes //testtest_support propagate the include path up in the
dependency chain so it is possible to remove unused dependencies.
Note: all_dependent_configs should probably be used in the original
gmock target. There is an ongoing discussion about it. This CL solves
the problem on WebRTC side and it is forward compatible.

One reason for the circular deps is that common_types.h is a
historical dumping ground for various structs and defines that
are believed to be generally useful. I tried moving things out
that did not appear to be used downstream (StreamCounters,
RtpCounters etc) and moved the things that seemed used
(RtpHeader + supporting structs) to a new file api/rtp_headers.h.
This makes their place in the api more clear while moving out
the things that don't belong in the API in the first place.
I had to extract out typedefs.h from webrtc_common to resolve
another circular dependency. I believe checks includes typedefs,
but common depends on checks.

So the removed codes here is reduntant.

When calling CGDisplayStreamCreate(properties = nullptr) this
causes kCGDisplayStreamShowCursor to default to kCFBooleanTrue.
This CL set it to false always as it was assumed. Also if true
this causes some lags when moving the mouse pointer on the capture
side and in any case webrtc::MouseCursorMonitorMac already implements
a custom way to capture the mouse. Which appears to be more efficient
in this usecase.

The root cause of the flakiness is unknown, the possible issue is that the
console window running the test case is hidden or minimized. So this change
adds a SetWindow(SW_MAXIMIZE) to ensure the console window is showing.
I have run the tests against win_asan for hundreds times during the
thanksgiving. So far, no flakiness were caught.

To make desktopCapture autotest in chromium more meaningful, it's better
to creake fake capturer of each capture type. Here we can reuse the
FakeDesktopCapturer for window capture in chromium.

Conditional visibility is complex to maintain and it is not well
supported by other build systems.
This CL removes it and falls back on the more relaxed visibility value
("*" in this case).
It is not a problem because the targets that are using conditional
visibility are all marked as "testonly" and this is probably enough to
keep the build graph clean.
