Rename I420VideoFrame to VideoFrame.
This is a mechanical change since it affects so many
files.
I420VideoFrame -> VideoFrame
and reformatted.
Rationale: in the next CL I420VideoFrame will
get an indication of Pixel Format (I420 for
starters) and of storage type: usually
UNOWNED, could be SHMEM, and in the near
future will be possibly TEXTURE. See

for the change that happened in Cr.

Add an AlignedFreeDeleter and remove scoped_ptr_malloc.
- Transition scoped_ptr_mallocs to scoped_ptr.
- AlignedFreeDeleter matches Chromium's version.

Remove extra copy in VideoCaptureImpl::IncomingFrameI420
Add support for aliasing a I420VideoFrame (and internally, a Plane) to an
existing memory buffer without taking ownership. Use this to remove an extra
copy in VideoCaptureImpl::IncomingFrameI420.
