I used a command like this to update the paths:
perl -pi -e "s/webrtc\/base/webrtc\/rtc_base/g" `find webrtc/rtc_base -name "*.cc" -o -name "*.h"`

dd7b5f32b5 Reduce dependencies on rtc::FileSystem in FileRotatingStream tests. 
Use webrtc::test::OutputPath instead of Filesystem::GetAppTempFolder.
Added functions RemoveFile and RemoveDir in the webrtc::test namespace,
to replace use of Filesystem::DeleteFolderAndContents.

This makes Filesystem::DeleteFolderAndContents unused, to be deleted
together with related code in a followup cl.

115bd153c7 New helper function test::ReadI420Buffer, refactor FrameReader to use it. 
This change reduces the number of places where we first fread a I420
frame into a uint8_t buffer, followed by a copy into a frame buffer
object.

8b28b8017f Assume ProjectRootPath() equals ../.. in Desktop 
This way we don't have to rely on the existence of DEPS, and the tests
can be run in swarming bots (which don't have a checkout and therefore
don't have a DEPS file).

This seems to be where Chromium is assumming the project root path to
be.

bfefb03ec1 Replace scoped_ptr with unique_ptr everywhere 
But keep #including scoped_ptr.h in .h files, so as not to break
WebRTC users who expect those .h files to give them rtc::scoped_ptr.

0206000a66 iOS: Add resource files for tests and implement OutputPath 
With this change the following tests have been successfully
passing in the iOS Simulator for iPhone 5 and iOS 9:
* audio_decoder_unittests
* common_video_unittests
* modules_tests
* rtc_api_objc_tests
* rtc_pc_unittests
* system_wrappers_unittests
* voice_engine_unittests

988d31eb9b Move gtest_prod_util.h out of webrtc/test tree. 
This is needed because the target is defined in webrtc/common.gyp
and its current location crosses package boundaries when generating
projects for some build systems.

72c08edced Reenables several NetEq unittests on android. 
Several unittests were disabled on android, this CL will reenable them. One of
the tests was accidentally disabled on all platforms, and now no longer gives a
bitexact result.
