Paulina Hensman 17071682f7 Add setting to switch between new and legacy AudioDeviceModule in AppRTC

To facilitate testing both the old and new AudioDeviceModule path, a
setting is added to AppRTC. Enable "Use legacy audio device" to use
the old path.

This directory contains an example unit test for Android AppRTCMobile.

Example of building & using the app:

- Build Android AppRTCMobile and AppRTCMobile unit test:
cd <path/to/webrtc>/src
ninja -C out/Debug AppRTCMobileTest

- Install AppRTCMobile and AppRTCMobileTest:
adb install -r out/Debug/apks/AppRTCMobile.apk
adb install -r out/Debug/apks/AppRTCMobileTest.apk

- Run unit tests:
adb shell am instrument -w org.appspot.apprtc.test/android.test.InstrumentationTestRunner
