Sami Kalliomäki d189a7cbb7 Add Android Studio project for AppRTCMobile that builds against AAR.

This project can be used for testing the AAR before publishing. Removes
dependency to Chromium from the tests to support Android Studio.

This directory contains an example unit test for Android AppRTCMobile.

Example of building & using the app:

- Build Android AppRTCMobile and AppRTCMobile unit test:
cd <path/to/webrtc>/src
ninja -C out/Debug AppRTCMobileTest

- Install AppRTCMobile and AppRTCMobileTest:
adb install -r out/Debug/apks/AppRTCMobile.apk
adb install -r out/Debug/apks/AppRTCMobileTest.apk

- Run unit tests:
adb shell am instrument -w org.appspot.apprtc.test/android.test.InstrumentationTestRunner
