Taylor Brandstetter 2f65ec53ac Add serialization of a=ice-lite. 
It was being parsed, but not serialized. Meaning that if you set a
remote description with a=ice-lite, and then read the remoteDescription
attribute, it doesn't contain a=ice-lite.
