[feature](Nereids) support make miss slot as null alias when converting anti join (#31854)

transform

project(A.*, B.slot)
  - filter(B.slot is null)
    - LeftOuterJoin(A, B)

to

project(A.*, null as B.slot)
  - LeftAntiJoin(A, B)
