1. Add `iceberg_table_creation_strict_mode` in `fe.conf` to control iceberg external table creation, when data type is not supported in Doris. 2. Add `REFRESH` syntax to synchronize the Iceberg table and database. 3. Support create Iceberg external table with specific column definitions.

# REFRESH TABLE
|
|
|

## Description
|
|
|
|
This statement is used to synchronize a remote Iceberg table and will delete and rebuild Doris' current external table.
|
|
Syntax.
|
|
REFRESH TABLE tbl_name;
|
|
|
|
Instructions.
|
|
1) Valid only for the Iceberg table mounted in Doris.
|
|
|
|
