Fix comment in extended_stats_funcs.c

The attribute storing the statistics data for a set of expressions in
pg_statistic_ext_data is stxdexpr.  stxdexprs does not exist.

Extracted from a larger patch by the same author.  Incorrect as of
efbebb4e8587.
