This reverts commit 9552e3ace317ac8bb0a80613c0e5cd6536c96dc8. I (john) forgot to revert this locally when a more principled fix was found, which has the same message title.

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.
PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
