Andras Timar 1d83225df0 Bengali: bn_IN.* files are unused 
bn_IN.dic and bn_IN.aff were identical to bn_BD.dic and bn_BD.aff
In dictionaries.xcu it has been already defined that bn_BD.dic and
bn_BD.aff should be used for both bn_BD and bn_IN locales.
