+ embed new sentences from Glossary at top of page
+ correct the procedure for enabling for a page
+ add explanation about "Reference Style"
+ separate explanation for Paragraphs and Paragraph Styles
- embed the repeated part in Paragraph Styles.
+ add links from menu sequences to relevant help pages.
- remove "related topics" and its one link, which went
to the Paragraph help page, which is now made as a link
in the menu sequence.
