71b809959b remove unnecessary use of void in function declarations 
ie.
    void f(void);
becomes
    void f();

I used the following command to make the changes:

  git grep -lP '\(\s*void\s*\)' -- *.cxx \
    | xargs perl -pi -w -e 's/(\w+)\s*\(\s*void\s*\)/$1\(\)/g;'

and ran it for both .cxx and .hxx files.

d7a84ce840 vclwidget: only call dispose() once 
by using a new utility method in vcl::Window
This means that we don't have to make all our dispose
methods safe to call more than once.

fd60dd5226 java: improve use of WrappedTargetException to set cause properly 
since we introduced the new constructors that pass the cause all the
way up to java.lang.Throwable.
Also simplify some exeception printing sites, because Throwable
will correctly print out child exceptions for us.
