e150058236 Move setting switches in AppRTCMobile to Settings screen 
All setting switches except "Loopback mode" is now in the Settings
screen instead of the main screen. They are also persisted across app
launches.

946923a21f Remove webrtc deps from AppRTCMobile. 
We want the example app to only link agains the framework. This ensures
that we are actually testing the framework, and that AppRTCMobile
doesn't require any other parts of WebRTC not included in the framework.

2a8856cc4a Switch from ScheduledExecutorService to ExecutorService. 
ScheduledExecutorService silently ignores exceptions thrown by the
runnable. This makes debugging issues unnecessarily difficult.

1d7392a45c Update testing tools (AppRTC, Go) to new versions 
App engine is included in the AppRTC archive, so the separate archive is not needed anymore.
Mercurial is no longer necessary to include but it will be required during the vendoring step when the prebuilt archives are update.

The download/build scripts have been simplified accordingly.

The video quality test has been updated to work with the new appengine.

054be4c9d9 Support running AppRTC without a TURN ICE server 
The "ice_server_url" key is always present in AppRTC server's JSON response but may be empty if no ICE server is wanted.

27ce02eb06 Do not delete temporary directory if user specified it manually. 
This prevents user from accidentally specifying a directory that contains
files that the user wants to keep.

7eaa4ea75f Delete method MessageQueue::set_socketserver 
Instead, make the pointer to the associated socket server a
construction time const, and delete its lock.

Introduces a helper class AutoSocketServerThread for code
(mainly tests) which need a socket server associated with
the current thread.

44d305a806 Remove the expat and jsoncpp dependencies to reduce binary size. 
The dependency on third_party/expat/ is removed.

The dependency on third_party/jsoncpp is removed from
libjingle_peerconnection while peerconnection_client still
depends on it.

30cda5ef98 Espresso test for loopback video quality testing 
Update the AppRTCMobileTestStubbedVideoIO test to run on
phones without Internet connection. This is done by bringing up
a local instance of AppRTC on the Linux machine connected to
the Android device.

Running this test will need the webrtc.DEPS solution to be configured
for the checkout, since that will pull down the precompiled AppRTC
package that is needed.

b4fc73a3ab Removing unnecessary parameters from initializeAndroidGlobals. 
The "initialize audio/video" parameters are no longer needed, but
at the same time were required to be true, causing a lot of confusion.
This CL removes them, but leaves the old method signature around,
marked "deprecated".
