Putting these classes in a sub folder increases structure and clarifies that they are used as helper classes. Affected classes in this change: * CodecTimer * InterFrameDelay * RttFilter VCMTiming will be moved in a separate CL. Additional changes: * Remove VCM prefix from class names. * Introduce granular BUILD.gn targets. * Update some includes. Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
