Various entities in SCTP are padded data blocks, with a type and length field at fixed offsets, all stored in a 4-byte header. This is called the Type-Length-Value format, or TLV for short. See e.g. https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4960#section-3.2 and https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4960#section-3.2.1 This templated class, which is used as a trait[1], is configurable - a struct passed in as template parameter. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
Development
See here for instructions on how to get started developing with the native code.
