Sebastian Jansson 449c1c03a7 Adds unit tests for safe reset trial.
Since they rely on a real time simulation, a new build target is
introduced that is intended to be used for real time tests.

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
