The script moved from /tools to /build in https://codereview.chromium.org/1418513007 and we haven't noticed due to cached .pyc files. We could add a cleaning of .pyc files similar to https://codereview.chromium.org/1186593003 but I think that's overkill for WebRTC. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
