This class handles the assembly of fragmented received messages (as DATA chunks) and manage per-stream queues. This class only handles non-interleaved messages as described in RFC4960, and is not used when message interleaving is enabled on the association, as described in RFC8260. This is also only part of the reassembly - a follow-up change will add the ReassemblyQueue that handle the other part as well. And an even further follow-up change will add a "interleaved reassembly stream". WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
