The converted tests are:
AcmIsacMtTest
AcmReceiverBitExactness
AcmSenderBitExactness
AudioCodingModuleMtTest
AudioCodingModuleTest

In order to maintain test coverage for the old API (AudioCodingModule)
during the transition period, the old tests were copied and given the
suffix OldApi:
AcmIsacMtTestOldApi
AcmReceiverBitExactnessOldApi
AcmSenderBitExactnessOldApi
AudioCodingModuleMtTestOldApi
AudioCodingModuleTestOldApi
