Åsa Persson 3f7e0ede1e Add option to make first scale factor depend on input resolution.
Scale factors are 3/4, 2/3, 3/4, 2/3, ...

Adds possibly to start with:
- 2/3 (if width/height multiple of 3)
- 2/3, 2/3 (if width/height multiple of 9)
