OPUS_GET_IN_DTX was added 2019-04-15, but we still need to support building on systems with older versions of the Opus headers (eg. Debian Jessie, released 2015-04-25). This is needed to fix the "Build From Tarball" bot [1]. Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
